We are in the tCnTop100 – well not just yet

It’s had a bumpy start and some controversy is being raised over some of the listings but the tCnTop100 is starting to take shape and reflect more of what’s happening and who’s who out there in the UK construction twitter world.

For those of you still not aware ‘tCnTop100’ the people who started it The Construction Network explain it as follows:

” The tCnTop100 identifies and promotes the ‘Top Tweeters’ in the UK Built Environment. It’s part of an initiative to help industry individuals and organisations understand, embrace and utilise the power of new media…First published in Construction News it will constantly change depending on the twitter activity of those featured.”

 We had the advantage of being listed before it was published in the Construction News together with our sister company so already had a small foothold on the listing at 219 for @onyxmarketing and 329 for @onyxconsultants which was a bit surprising as the onyx ‘consultants’ brand had the greater number of followers and sent the most tweets?

Registering directly on the site has certainly helped correct some of the in-balance as it allowed Peerindex to look at our twitter accounts and history in more detail which has also gone along way to increase our rankings (at time of writing) to 145 and 197.

So with a little bit more involvement and a few more followers who knows! We may soon be in the top 100 and genuinely award ourselves the ‘I’m in the #tTnTop100’ badge and post it on our site.
